Cancellation Policy
At Feathers II we reserve a specific amount of time for each service. Please be sure to arrive on time for your reservation and allow no less than 24 hours notice for cancellations. As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your reservation.
Late Arrivals
We reserve the right to reschedule any service that is 15 minutes late to another appointment time.
Salon Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Robes are always available prior to all color services.
Refunds
Client satisfaction is our priority. If there is something that you do not love about your service, please contact the salon within one week of your service and we will gladly do what it takes to adjust the cut or color, within reason. We do not offer refunds.
